What Pawbably Safe does
Pawbably Safe is a dog-health support app that offers ingredient scanning, symptom tracking, dog profile management, and optional photo-based skin triage guidance.
Information we process
- Dog profile details you enter, such as dog name, breed, age, and allergens.
- Ingredient scan data and symptom diary entries you create in the app.
- Skin photos that you choose to submit for skin-triage analysis.
- Basic purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock premium features.
- Technical request metadata needed to operate the service and protect against abuse.
How skin photos are handled
When you choose to use the skin-triage feature, the photo is sent to Pawbably Safe’s backend for analysis. That backend may use a third-party AI model provider to generate a triage response. Skin analysis results are informational only and are not a veterinary diagnosis.
How we use information
- To provide ingredient checks, symptom tracking, and dog profile features.
- To generate skin-triage responses and related safety guidance.
- To operate premium purchases and restore premium access.
- To maintain, debug, secure, and improve the service.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the app, such as payment providers and AI model providers used for the optional skin-triage feature.
Retention
Local profile data, diary entries, and scan history may remain on your device until you delete the app or remove them in-app. Server-side logs and analysis records may be retained for security, debugging, and service-improvement purposes for a limited period.
Children and veterinary emergencies
Pawbably Safe is for adult pet owners. It is not intended for emergency use. If your dog has severe pain, bleeding, swelling, labored breathing, or rapidly worsening symptoms, contact a veterinarian immediately.
